At ticketeer, we are always looking for ways to improve the user experience. That’s why we are thrilled to announce two new updates that will enhance the user experience and increase productivity: OpenAI integration and a task menu.
With our new OpenAI integration, ticketeer is now powered by state-of-the-art natural language processing capabilities. This means that when users struggle to come up with a good task title, ticketeer can automatically suggest a title based on the task description. This feature is designed to save users time and increase the accuracy of task titles, ensuring that tasks are properly labeled and organized.
But that’s not all. We have also added a chat bot to the comments section that uses OpenAI to help users get educated responses to questions. The chat bot is trained to recognize common questions and provide helpful responses based on the information within the task.
We believe that the addition of OpenAI to ticketeer will revolutionize the way users manage their projects, and we are excited to be at the forefront of this cutting-edge technology. This is only the beginning and additional AI assistance will be added shortly!
In addition to our OpenAI integration, we have also added a task menu to the upper left corner of the task, collecting all task actions that were scattered around the interface before. This change was made with user experience in mind, as we know that navigating a cluttered interface can be a daunting task. With the task menu, users can easily find and perform the necessary task actions, saving time and improving productivity.
